On February 25, 1994, I signed up for Superior-Manufacturing Makassar's return process at their Lindmouth, Alaska location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $707.59, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Davonte S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
