I have been a loyal customer of Advanced Machine Alliance Duque de Caxias for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-3612-UKQ-8906) on February 4, 1975, and have encountered stopped working after two weeks. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
