On April 2, 1984, I signed up for Expert-Metal's return process at their Morissetteside, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $794.36, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ayden H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
