Billing dispute with Inn Properties

I want to report a serious concern with Inn Properties's service that I purchased on July 17, 2004 from your Rolfsonville, Louisiana store. The product has is missing essential components despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Vincent U., but my issue remains unresolved.
