Hidden fees discovered from Residence Group

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4229-PSW-7629 placed with Residence Group on November 6, 1982. I paid $713.96 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Daren X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
