Unsatisfactory resolution from Residence Group

I want to report a serious concern with Residence Group's system that I purchased on December 28, 2001 from your New Rupert, Missouri store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Vincent Q., but my issue remains unresolved.
