I purchased a accessory from Grand Mansion & Services on July 14, 2009. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Cleora L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
