Poor customer service experience with Venture Solutions

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6019-ZII-7251 placed with Venture Solutions on May 12, 1981. I paid $40.67 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jessika H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
