I have been a loyal customer of Dynamic-Metal Corp. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-9566-NXE-9859) on December 15, 2003, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
