Dynamic-Metal Corp. failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1291-OHK-5173 placed with Dynamic-Metal Corp. on July 7, 2023. I paid $502.2 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Deangelo B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
