I have been a loyal customer of Dynamic-Metal Corp. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered platform (order #ORD-3802-FJI-6988) on December 23, 1978, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
