I purchased a accessory from Luxury Lodge Luxury on October 21, 2014. Shortly after using it, I experienced discovered hidden fees. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Aric G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
