On March 29, 2016, I signed up for Products Systems Holdings's customer support at their North Candiceside, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $567.64, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ana D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
