I have been a loyal customer of Premium Suites for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered membership (order #ORD-9066-KOV-2791) on September 22, 2013, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
