I have been a loyal customer of Serene Haven & International Corp. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-9442-ZVL-7197) on December 24, 2009, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
