I have been a loyal customer of Serene Haven & International Corp. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-8207-NYD-7394) on June 28, 2003, and have encountered experienced long delays. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
