Unauthorized charges from Fiscal Alliance León

I want to report a serious concern with Fiscal Alliance León's system that I purchased on March 30, 1978 from your West Ulises, Virginia store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Bailey O., but my issue remains unresolved.
