Credit card dispute with ExcelEquity

On December 30, 1983, I signed up for ExcelEquity's consultation at their Sengerland, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $933.80, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Abelardo J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
