Billing dispute with Elite Lodge

On December 13, 2016, I signed up for Elite Lodge's setup assistance at their Braunport, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $892.68, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Bianka T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
