I have been a loyal customer of Craft & International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-2658-DOR-4999) on October 29, 1978, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
