I purchased a unit from Craft & International on April 10, 1988. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Kenny A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
