I want to report a serious concern with Components Engineering's solution that I purchased on May 23, 1991 from your North Shermanbury, District of Columbia store. The product has faced system outages despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Baron V., but my issue remains unresolved.
