I purchased a account from Escape Resorts on November 28, 1985. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Ramona T. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
