I have been a loyal customer of Escape Resorts for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-4861-OBZ-8394) on November 8, 2009, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
