I purchased a system from Escape Resorts on June 8, 2021. Shortly after using it, I experienced found unauthorized charges. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Brennan Z. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
