United-Design provided defective product

On November 3, 2015, I signed up for United-Design's warranty service at their New Makaylashire, Nebraska location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $320.58, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Dallas G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
