Overcharged by Pro-Build for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9120-CSJ-4525 placed with Pro-Build on December 23, 1982. I paid $484.92 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Britney M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
