On October 7, 2012, I signed up for Pro-Build's upgrade service at their VonRuedenport, Maine location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $394.84, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Travon O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
