I have been a loyal customer of Premier Components Solutions for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-6861-MWL-8868) on January 16, 2003, and have encountered doesn't work as advertised. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
