I am writing regarding order #ORD-7057-TNP-7496 placed with Quality Industries Engineering Corp. on February 27, 1988. I paid $977.25 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Macie K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
