Delayed delivery from Accommodations Getaways International

On February 8, 1990, I signed up for Accommodations Getaways International's upgrade service at their South Johnathon, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $606.1, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ashley P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
