Unsatisfactory resolution from Suites at Royal

On June 20, 1978, I signed up for Suites at Royal's troubleshooting service at their Johnsview, Missouri location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $665.48, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jessika H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
