I purchased a solution from Global-Machine Holdings on December 2, 1978. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Verner S. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
