On December 5, 1982, I signed up for Global-Machine Holdings's premium plan at their Lake Alexandria, Texas location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $286.93, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Cyrus Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
