I have been a loyal customer of Expert-Machine Tijuana for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered gadget (order #ORD-5191-ZMM-7026) on September 13, 1999, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
