I have been a loyal customer of Fund Associates for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-4505-JYJ-3099) on January 25, 1990, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
