I have been a loyal customer of Trust & Alliance for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-6009-FZW-2064) on May 23, 1982, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
