I want to report a serious concern with Savings Advisors Victoria's unit that I purchased on February 20, 1976 from your Hodkiewiczport, South Dakota store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Webster E., but my issue remains unresolved.
