Warranty claim denied by Heritage & Advisors

On November 20, 2009, I signed up for Heritage & Advisors's support package at their West Destanytown, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $572.26, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lloyd P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
