I purchased a solution from Master Works Partners on July 27, 1973. Shortly after using it, I experienced found unauthorized charges. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Stefanie C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
