I have been a loyal customer of Works Inc for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-2984-ZNQ-6584) on September 21, 1979, and have encountered doesn't work as advertised. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

After speaking with David Young from the Customer Service at Works Inc, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
