Overcharged by Works Inc for service

I have been a loyal customer of Works Inc for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-2984-ZNQ-6584) on September 21, 1979, and have encountered doesn't work as advertised. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
