I purchased a plan from Golden Inn on February 4, 1985. Shortly after using it, I experienced found unauthorized charges. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Alessandro V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
