On June 30, 1978, I signed up for Precision Tech Incorporated's troubleshooting service at their Nellaberg, California location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $674.22, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Drake X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
