I am writing regarding order #ORD-4566-PUY-3864 placed with Precision Tech Incorporated on June 3, 2023. I paid $196.28 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Mathias N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
