I purchased a equipment from Resort at Silver on January 2, 2010. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Odie J. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
