On February 13, 1998, I signed up for The Grand Haven International's customer support at their West Rylanhaven, Virginia location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $799.52, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Fabiola V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
