Unauthorized charges from National Venture Naples Inc.

I purchased a tool from National Venture Naples Inc. on June 23, 2022. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Kim Q. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
