I am writing regarding order #ORD-7193-CVD-3820 placed with National Venture Naples Inc. on September 20, 1994. I paid $682.71 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Trey R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
