Heritage Credit failed to honor their commitment

On November 11, 1978, I signed up for Heritage Credit's customer support at their East Tia, Utah location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $798.72, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Terence V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
