I want to report a serious concern with SovereignReserve's gadget that I purchased on March 3, 2023 from your North Brett, Alaska store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Daisha H., but my issue remains unresolved.
